ACL 2017: Dammit! New, Last Minute Artists!

I spend all this time, trying to get all of the artists done and collected and prepared for the festival, and then you start pulling people out and inserting new folks.  THIS IS WHY WE CAN'T HAVE ANYTHING NICE!!  I saw an announcement or two on Twitter last night, and so now I've got to go listen to new music and write up some new reviews.  Which actually isn't so terrible.  But if we can't get outraged by minor things, then America dies.

So, what is the story?

• Sigrid is out at the 1:15 on Friday slot, and something called ROMES is in.  Which is honestly too bad, I really enjoyed Sigrid and figured she would get a cool new audience here.
• SuperDuperKyle is out at the 3:15 Sunday slot, so you won't get to hear the earworm goodness of "i Spy."  Instead, you'll get something called LIDO.  (apparently any new band added to the frstival needs to print their name in all caps to generate excitement).
• Skip Marley is out at 4:15 on Sunday, so no sweet sweet reggae riddims for you!  Instead you get something called GoldFish.

OK, honestly, that isn't so terrible.  Although, I'd rather those three came to the fest (since all are pretty solid) and they should drop some of the crappy stuff like Tove Lo and Luke Combs instead.  But at least they didn't like pull Run the Jewels or Live or something.
