Thoughts: Crazy powerful voice.  Beyond that, everything I've heard is pretty basic - her accompaniment on these songs is generally just piano or guitar.  No full band or interesting music, it is all focused on the jazzy-sounding thunder voice.

Her Wikipedia says that she was a finalist on the Australian version of The Voice, but originally became famous for a YouTube cover of the Frozen song "Do You Want to Build a Snowman."
I mean, I came to that video expecting to toss snark at it, but really, other than the ending where she does a weird rap outro bounce before reaching for the phone, its very cool.  Like a jazzy acoustic guitar re-imagining of the song.  By the way, the YouTube rabbit hole for people doing Disney songs is deep, wide, dark, and neverending.  I warn you, man.  Don't do it.

She doesn't have much in the way of studio music to play with on Spotify, just a six song EP from 2015, so I'd expect that new music is likely on the way before the Festival.  She is very into colors, with her initial single called "Purple" and then two other tunes with parenthetical titles of "(Blue)" and "(Red)."  Her most listened to is "Hide and Seek (Blue)," with 424k.
The opening makes me think of that song from the Romeo + Juliet soundtrack by Des'ree, then when the synth kicks in, it sounds like Michael Jackson's "Human Nature," using some of that same note progression.  I wonder if that was intentional, or just unconscious?  Sure sounds the same to me.  Like, can't not be a copy.  Anyway, lovely song.

Her other top track is her initial single, "Purple," which clocks in around 386k streams.
Pretty sure this song is straight Christian.  Talking abut being "conceived in heaven" and a royal encounter with blood on his feet.  Not so sure about the breakdown where everything is purple.  PURPLE MIND!  PURPLE SOUL!  PURPLE SMILE!  PURPLE GRAPES!  PURPLE KANDY KOATED IMPALA! PURPLE DRANK!  PURPLE GRIMACE!

Very strong voice, talented singer and songwriter, I just can't imagine doing this show at the Festival.  Seems more like coffeehouse music.
