Thoughts:Ooooh oooh.  I like this one!  They've only got one EP, from 2017, called Codeine, so you only get five songs to use for the taste test, but this is a cool fuzzed-out psych rock thing.  No Spotify bio and their Wikipedia page is pretty limited, so I don't know much about them other than the lead singer and/or person who is called Welles is actually (maybe?) named Jeh-Sea Wells, which I've decided to pronounce like Jersey.  The top song on Spotify for the guy is "Are You Feeling Like Me," a tasty little rock nugget that is poppy enough to get my head bobbing and have a good chorus to sing along with.

It starts off a little precious before the fuzz blasts in, and then the melodies start firing up.  Great song.  Kind of classic rock sound, some Beatles via Tame Impala.  Literally less than 2,000 views for that video that has been posted since January 2017.  But he's got 289k streams on Spotify, which is legit.  His newest single is his next most popular track, "Life Like Mine," which fires up at just over 100k streams.
Similar sound, but another great chorus to sing along with and jam.  "Into Ashes" is likewise a burner - I'm liking everything on this little EP and look forward to the full album.

Recommend?  Fo sho.
