Thoughts:  Coptis teeta is a rare species of flowering plant that is of importance in Chinese herbology.  This guy is, instead of that, a rapper from Austin.  His website doesn't work, which is unfortunate, because he doesn't have a Wikipedia presence either.  But, KUTX did a profile of the guy, so I can at least tell you a few things about him.  He claims to have done over 250 shows since 2016 - that sounds like a buttload of live shows!  He also just opened an art exhibit at something called Cloud Tree Studios.  His newest album is called 24 in honor of 78724, the zip code where he grew up in Austin.  It isn't on Spotify yet.  He got a degree in psychology from Huston Tillotson University here in Austin - he wears one of their sweatshirts on the cover of an album.

He's got a handful of tracks with someone named Spaceman Zack that sound like depressing ass jxdn/nothing,nowhere/machine gun kelly tracks.  I do not like those tracks.

Dude was very busy during the pandemic, releasing three albums in 2020 - The Seventh Seal, The Stimulus, and The Quarantine.  They're surprisingly good.  I don't mean that to be insulting in any way, but I wasn't expecting much here, and yet I just finished really enjoying The Stimulus, and I'm about half way through considering that The Quarantine may be even better.  I also like his beatmaker - Netherfriends - and their little drop tag.  The top track from those new albums is "All American," from The Quarantine, with 75k streams.
I like the change of pace he gives on that flow - slow and methodical on the chorus and speedy on the verse.  And there's that tag - "damn netherfriends you killed this beat - rattatttattatttatatatattt"  His top track overall is one with some other guys - WavyBandz and Yung Simmie - called "Summersaults."  843k streams for the 2018 single.
Meh.  Uninteresting beat for sure, and the raps are just fine.  Not sure why that one got so many streams.  His 2019 album was just alright as well.  I much preferred his newer stuff.  Much better beats and smoother flows.

I like it.  He's not up against especially tough competition either, with Skip Marley, Hinds, and Durand Jones & the Indications in his time slot.  I might just wander over there and check it out.
