Thoughts:  I have just let this stuff play for two days while I have been otherwise busy at work and I generally like it.  Sometimes the vocals can be a little affected and overwrought, but in the background the actual music behind it is tight indie rock goodness.  Their almost non-existent Wikipedia says that three of them (bassist Madeline, guitarist Tristan, and singer Dillon) met in high school in Florida, formed the band in 2015, and then all went through college at the University of Florida.  After school, they picked up a drummer and synth guy to round out the band.

They started things off with a 2017 EP called Heavy Colors, which still has two of their top tracks for streams.  "Chicago" has the top spot from this EP with 17.8 million streams.

The vocals almost get show-tune-ish at times on these things, but you will definitely hear the evolution in this band, because that song very much sounds like a home recording made of a young band's tune.  They sound like someone else but I can't put my finger on it.

Next came the 2018 Citrona EP, which features their top tune overall.  "August" fires up 50.3 million streams.

I really like that one.  The slow build of it is slick, but the gentle guitar tone also makes me just want to lean in and see what I am about to find, before it kicks in.  Wait, does his voice remind me of The Cult?  "She Sells Sanctuary" was a jam.  Good tune for sure.

They said that at first, they played Gainesville a lot because of the U of Florida, and that led to them aiming for college towns because people there come from all over the country and can spread the word about your band to their people back home.  Never really thought about that.  Pretty good idea.  They are apparently having Richy Mitch and the Coal Miners, fellow ACL poster dwellers, as their opening band on the current tour!

A couple other singles and live EPs and whatnot in the interim, but then you get to 2022's Shadowglow, their first and only real album.  The biggest tune from there is "Sad Disco," with 13 million streams.
Again, the underlying tune is really solid.  The rhythm section is cruising, the guitar licks are tasty, and that little synth line just bops along pleasantly keeping me ready to boogie.  That screened in porch is supremely dope, but that alien guy is not very nice to that lady who has issues with spilling.

I'd totally go watch this.  From listening to the live songs on here, it sounds like a good show.
