Lard Dog & the Band of Shy

One Liner: Kiddie Limits silliness
Wikipedia Genre: None, going with silly children's music
Home: Austin

Poster Position: 31 (bottom line)
Day: Friday at 4:30
Weekend Two Only.

Thoughts: Actually, not terrible children's music.  Very silly and odd, and the female vocalist has a solid voice.  For your edification, here are some answers from their website:
THREE Frequently Asked Questions:1) Who is Lard Dog?  He's the alter ego (who hails from Planet Belopio) of multi-media artist Steven Erdman (who hails from New York City and upstate New York). Erdman's work spans cartooning, animation, songwriting and live performance—complete with his whimsical, frivolous, and comedic sensibilities.
2) What's "LARD" stand for?  It's an acronym for Life's A Real Dream.
3) What's "DOG" have to do with it?  Absolutely nothing!

Their top song, in fact, their only song with more than 1,000 streams, is "I Like," which is about things that they like.
Woohoo!  Here's one more, because it has a real video - "Catch That Pretzel!"
Nice rockabilly groove in the bassline.

I will not be attending the Kiddie Limits stage, as my kids are mercifully older now, but hey, go get silly with these cats.
