Thoughts: Please, guys.  Don't make me listen to more of this stuff.  Please, can't you see this is hurting me?  Stop.  Oh God.  Stop.  Just kidding, but this is very much not up my alley.  Straight up electronic-based pop music (although somehow her Spotify bio references Nirvana, Green Day, and the Breeders - know that those influences are invisible here).

Kelsey Regina Byrne is her real name.

One album, 2017's Somewhere in Between, and then a bunch of singles and remixes and other detritus.  One massively popular track, a 2016 cover of The 1975's "Somebody Else," which has racked up 93.3 million streams.  Nothing else here has even racked up 20 million, and a lot of her album songs don't even get up to a million.
Huh.  The 1975's original has 175.6 million streams, and is one of their top tracks, so I guess it doesn't hurt to just grab onto someone else's shine and slightly remake it (just slightly) to benefit on your own.  Its fine - both the original and this song as atmospheric, sad, electronic swayers - and her voice is nice, but I wouldn't seek it out again.

From her album, the top track for streams is "Phase Me Out," another spare, moody electronic number that maybe brings enough beat to dance to after a mellow intro.  8.8 million streams.
Also gets a little shrill.  Sorry, I'm just fully put out by this music.  I'm sure loads of people love her and will fully enjoy this brand of moody electronica in the Fall, but you won't find me there.
